Payment for all massage therapy services must be paid in full prior to your appointment at the Torii Station Gym front desk. Bring the receipt to your massage therapist as proof of payment. For private yoga classes, trainings, and seminar reservations, we require a 20% minimum deposit to confirm your reservation. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Massage therapy payments

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel your appointment, we ask you to provide us with 24hr notice prior to your appointment. That will give us time to book another client into your time slot. There will be a 20% charge if you cancel in less than 24hrs prior to your appointment. If you cancel on the same day we reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee.
